Staff Attendance
Start Attendance
- When Field Staff Start his day from home or reach the field, he has to do an entry in Start Attendance using the field staff attendance app.
- His, Date Time and Location will be auto captured. He has to enter his detail of today’s work plan and he can enter his start vehicle meter reading with photograph.
End Attendance
- When Field Staff reaches back home, he/she will make an entry in End Attendance through the field staff attendance app.
- His Date, Time and Location will be auto captured. He has to enter work done detail like Daily allowance, Travelling allowance and his last vehicle meter reading with photograph.
Attendance Report
- Admin : Date wise day start and day end detail report is available for calculating staff's attendance with his working hours, kilometers travelled by him, D.A and T.A. etc
- Staff : He can view that on which date he has worked for how many hours & in which area.
Benefits
- Company will get Staff’s online attendance, work done details, and daily kilometer travelled by him through the field staff attendance app.
- Monthly staff wise attendance report with D.A., T.A. and expenses done by staff can be known.
